Click Refresh to display assets. Use filters to limit the data selection.
Select All or an individual site from the Site dropdown list.
Select All or an individual category from the Category dropdown list.
Select All or an individual capitalized item from the Capitalized dropdown list.
Select All or an individual depreciable item from the Depreciable dropdown list.
Select an option from the Retired dropdown list. Select All or Retired if you want to see retired assets.
o Retired filter defaults to Active, which does not include retirements.
o A Retired asset is anything with a retirement date less than or greater than 06/30/99, which is used as a null date.
Check the box and enter a date in the Acquisitions Date fields to view assets acquired during any accounting period.
o Acquisitions filter defaults to current year but any date range can be entered.
Click the
button
to delete an asset with no depreciation history.
Click the
button to create a new asset that is
similar to an existing asset. It will copy the Description,
Cost and other information from the original asset’s Asset and Cost
Distribution tabs; however, the following will be blank: Asset Number, Serial Number, Site, and Bldg
will be left blank for you to enter the new asset’s information. Other
information can be edited as needed.
o This will not copy Changes, Notes, Improvements, or Depreciation.
