    • This will be used later to determine if all students on an application are at CEP sites and eligible for LCFF.
  • When imported, students on Alternate Income Applications will be matched to students in Meals Plus if:
    • No HouseholdId and the Current Status is the same or better AND
      • Student Number AND DOB match (partial)
      • First Name AND Last Name AND DOB match (exact)

  • When Alternate Income Applications are imported from LAP, and a Student Number match is found, the student’s status will be updated as Alternate Income.
    • A Household Application will not be created.
    • If a Student Number is matched, but already has a Household Application, that student will be skipped.
    • If a Student Number is matched, but already has an Alternate Income Application on file, a new status will only be assigned if the new status is better (Free instead of Reduced) than the current status.

New Application

  • The issue allowing parents to create an application for the next fiscal year before the current fiscal year was closed, without ensuring current Income Brackets were being used, has been corrected. If today’s date is less than 7/1/20XX of the current system fiscal year, a message will now display, alerting parents: “Warning! Fiscal Year 2019 has been closed.  Applications date must be July 1st, 2019 or greater.”
