The Meals Plus Support Team set up the software for the schools and trainers provided staff with the education they needed to quickly learn the ins and outs of our school cafeteria software. From the launch of the new software Sue Hamm, School Food Service Director, was confident that Meals Plus would be an excellent fit for the children in her school. “The implementation team and trainers did a great job getting us set up and ready for the first day of school,” she says elatedly. Furthermore, Sue has said that she has not had any problems, but only called for general questions. When she did call with questions the phones were answered promptly and she left the conversation with more confidence in using the lunchroom management software than before. “I am extremely satisfied that I get to speak with a technician when I call and every call has ended with a thorough answer to my question,” Sue states.

Our lunchroom software is easy to navigate and is designed to be used by anyone at any level of technical expertise. Sue says, “We have all found Meals Plus easy to use and navigate.
