Meet the Meals Plus Support Team – Matt

Meet the Meals Plus Support Team! Matt is a member of the Help Desk that also travels to school cafeterias to train the food service staff. At a training session in Cabarrus County Schools (NC) one of his trainees noted, “Matt was great; a real pleasure to work with!” Last month, Matt assisted Jade Crocker of Lake Wales Charter Schools (FL) via the Help Desk and she exclaimed, “Matt was very helpful and informative. He had a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with!”

The Dish: How long have you been at Meals Plus?
MK: Since April 2011.

TD: What duties and responsibilities does your position entail?
MK: Help Desk and Technical Support.

TD: What aspects of your position do you enjoy the most?
MK: Working through problems with our customers.

TD: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
MK: Entertaining my energetic kids aged 5, 6, 8 and 10.

TD: What was your favorite lunch when you were in school?
MK: In England, anything with beans and chips (French fries) was delicious!
