SNEW Spotlight: Erica Poston

In honor of School Nutrition Employee Week (May 7-11, 2012), we would like to highlight a hardworking cafeteria assistant in Cleveland County Schools in North Carolina!

Erica Poston is the cafeteria assistant at Shelby Intermediate School in Kings Mountain, NC. She is a very dedicated employee with an extremely positive attitude. Whenever asked to take on extra tasks she is fully willing to accommodating and always carries a smile.

She successfully juggles both motherhood and a career and is rarely out of work. Some people just make everyone’s job more enjoyable… and Erica is one of those people!
